Description

Boost Me (for free)

If you like this design and want to support more practical prints like this, a Boost is highly appreciated. Thank you for supporting my work!

This compact tube squeezer is designed to help you get the most out of your toothpaste and other soft tubes. It is mainly made for toothpaste, but it also works with cream, ointment, and similar tubes as long as the tube width fits the slot size.

The model is intentionally snug so the tube is squeezed efficiently and the contents are pushed out properly. Because of that, it may feel a little tight the first time you insert a tube, but this is normal and helps the tool work better.

Features

  • Fits tubes up to 60 mm width
  • Narrow squeezing slot: 1.5 mm thick
  • Mainly optimized for toothpaste
  • Also works for cream, ointment, and similar tubes
  • Compact and easy to use
  • Rounded edges for a comfortable grip
  • Simple print without supports, brim, or raft

Print settings tested

  • 0.16 mm layer height
  • 0.2 mm layer height should also work
  • 0.4 mm nozzle
  • Tested with PLA and PETG
  • No supports needed

Notes

Only the narrow slot is used for squeezing the tube.
The wider slot can be used for hanging or handling the tool.

If you need a different size, I may create additional versions in the future.
