Is necessary to use tough material as well as material with reasonable temperature resistance like nylon, PETG, ABS or ASA.PLA is not recommended. The top thin “spring” has to remains flexible little bit, otherwise the hook will not be able to be placed in place.&nbsp;I printed it from PETG (photos of  the pink one) and from PA12 (the black one). Both of them are fully working. Be careful not to overcool the PETG during printing.&nbsp;Layer hight 0,2 mm4-5 wallsI recommend to use brim at the end of the &#34;spring&#34;

Thinner spring part with 3 walls only. Same function as default profile with 4 walls, but maybe better for PETG.&nbsp;0,2 mm layer high4-5 wallsI recommend to use brim at the end of the “spring”

Thinner spring with 3 walls

Simple model of the car trunk hook for Passat B8 and similar cars from concern group. Fit perfectly and the top thin part serves as spring, so hook holds at the position also during load removing.
