Da ich nach längerem Suchen nur PCI-Brackets für die typischen 120er, 140er oder 92er Lüfter gefunden habe, aber unbedingt einen 80mm-Lüfter verbauen wollte, habe ich dieses Custom-Bracket designt. Es sitzt direkt oben auf den PCI-Slot-Blenden und bringt den Lüfter exakt in Position. Perfekt, um hitzigen Erweiterungskarten etwas Extra-Kühlluft zu verpassen oder den Airflow in Custom-Builds richtig einzustellen. Hardware / Stückliste (BOM):<ul><li>1x 80mm Lüfter (Das Bracket ist für 15-mm-Lüfter designt. Dickere Lüfter passen auch problemlos, stehen dann aber etwas über.)</li><li>4x Standard-Lüfterschrauben (für die Montage des Lüfters am Bracket) </li><li>Standard-Schrauben zur Befestigung am PCI-Slot des Gehäuses</li></ul>Druckeinstellungen:<ul><li>Material: PETG (empfohlen wegen der Abwärme im PC)</li><li>Schichthöhe: 0.20 mm</li><li>Wandlinien: 2-3</li><li>Infill: 20% - 30%</li><li>Support: Nein, lässt sich flachliegend ohne Supports drucken.</li></ul>

Since after a long search I only found PCI brackets for typical 120mm, 140mm, or 92mm fans, but absolutely wanted to install an 80mm fan, I designed this custom bracket. It sits directly on top of the PCI slot covers and positions the fan precisely. Perfect for providing some extra cooling air to hot expansion cards or for properly adjusting the airflow in custom builds. Hardware / Bill of Materials (BOM):<ul><li>1x 80mm fan (The bracket is designed for 15mm fans. Thicker fans also fit without problems, but will protrude slightly.)</li><li>4x standard fan screws (for mounting the fan to the bracket) </li><li>Standard screws for attachment to the case's PCI slot</li></ul>Print Settings:<ul><li>Material: PETG (recommended due to waste heat in the PC)</li><li>Layer height: 0.20 mm</li><li>Walls: 2-3</li><li>Infill: 20% - 30%</li><li>Support: No, prints flat without supports.</li></ul>
