Devil May Cry - Dante Attack - With or Without Base
Print Profile(1)

Description
Overview and Dynamic Pose
Unlike the static pose seen in the "Dante Sword Raised" model, here the character is depicted in an extremely dynamic and unstable attack pose. Dante is leaning forward, with legs apart and knees bent to lower his center of gravity into a defensive lunge or in preparation for a spinning slash. His torso is slightly rotated, giving a strong sense of movement and muscular tension to the entire figure.
Face and Gaze
- Expression: The face retains the mature features and slight stubble typical of Devil May Cry 5. His gaze is concentrated and focused forward towards the target, accompanied by a challenging smile (Dante's classic sly grin) that expresses total confidence even in the midst of battle.
- Hair: The typical white-silver hair flows with the abrupt movement of the body, with strands slightly raised and away from the face compared to the static pose.
Clothing and Moving Details
- The Coat: The iconic burgundy red leather jacket is affected by the dynamism of the pose. The lower flaps open and lift backward, revealing his legs and creating deep, realistic folds in the faux stiff fabric. The quilted shoulder pads and zippers follow the torso's twist.
- Torso and Arms: Dante wields his large two-handed sword, holding it diagonally in front of his body. Both arms are extended downward and forward; tense muscles are highlighted by the sleeves of his jacket and grey undershirt rolled up to his forearms, which are protected by his characteristic bandages and dark fingerless gloves.
- Pants and Boots: The tight black leather pants highlight the powerful thigh musculature in the lunging position. The brown boots with buckles are firmly planted on the ground, with the right foot back acting as a pivot and the left foot forward to distribute weight.
The Weapon (Sword "Dante")
The monumental demonic sword is the focal element of the action. It is held firmly with both hands near the skeletal and monstrous hilt. The volcanic and crystalline blade cuts transversally through the space in front of the character, angled downwards, with its fiery hues (red and orange) chromatically contrasting with the dark tones of the legs and the ground.
Printing and Assembly Notes (With or Without Base)
This model offers excellent versatility for display, allowing for two different configurations:
- Print WITHOUT Base (Optimized Balance): Thanks to the balance of the lunging pose and the stability offered by the well-spaced feet, the character can be placed directly on a flat surface.
- 💡 Technical Balance Specifications: To ensure stability in this free-standing configuration, the model was designed by applying a modifier cylinder in the slicer at the height of the legs and feet. This modifier allows for locally increasing the infill density in the lower part of the figurine. This drastically lowers the structure's center of gravity, weighting the feet and ankles to compensate for the protruding weight of the sword and forward-leaning torso, ensuring the statue remains balanced.
- Print WITH Display Base: The included base simulates rocky and destroyed terrain, decorated frontally with the logo plaque
- Gluing and Positioning: On the surface of the base, there are footprints that faithfully replicate the shape of Dante's boots. If you choose to use the base, the character's feet should simply be inserted and glued into these pre-indicated footprints. This system ensures that the body's tilt and the statue's center of gravity remain perfectly calibrated, eliminating any risk of positioning errors.
