Controlled spray, zero dispersion
✨ What You'll Find
A tool that solves the problem of fluid management on the Y-axis guide — without complicating your workflow
- Perfect Fit: Wraps around the Y-axis linear guide

- Recovery System: Two collection chambers intercept excess lubricant
- Guaranteed Cleanliness: The design minimizes dispersion; your workstation remains clean after each application
- Universal Compatibility: Designed to accommodate standard 2.2mm diameter straws (used by the vast majority of spray products, such as most synthetic oils)

🔧 How It Works
The system follows a complete three-step guide maintenance cycle. Each step plays a fundamental role in ensuring the machine's longevity
Step 1 — Degreasing Isopropyl alcohol and soft anti-static cloth. Alcohol is essential for thorough cleaning
Step 2 — Lubrication (Spray oil of your choice) Only now is the guide ready for oil, which will adhere evenly and lastingly
- Place the tool on the guide
- Insert the straw of your chosen spray oil
- Spray: the side chambers contain excess, while the design uniformly distributes the product along the entire travel
- The printer's movement will do the rest of the work during printing
🎁 Complete Your Setup
- Z-Axis System — Same precision, applied to the Z-axis
- X-Axis Injector — Completes the maintenance trio for all your guides
⚠️ Important Technical Notes
- Why PETG? Unlike PLA, PETG offers the necessary chemical resistance to avoid deformation when in contact with light solvents or mineral oils (such as silicone oil)
- Cleanliness is Safety: The controlled spray design prevents lubricants from getting into motors or electronic parts, protecting your printer
- Follow the Order: Respect the sequence Degrease →→ Lubricate. Reversing these steps compromises the effectiveness of maintenance
