Modeled using SketchUp. The inner wall of the card slot has engaging protrusions, supporting 1cm (±0.2mm) cubes.
No need to test for tolerance or filament shrinkage; can be printed directly from your phone.

Design notes:
- Universal 1cm cubic blocks, designed for future compatibility with injection-molded blocks (injection molding is cheaper);
The frame has engaging protrusions to secure the blocks. The first half slides in smoothly, no need to hold with hands, preventing finger bumps. After tapping, the protrusions firmly hold the blocks;
The protrusion design also allows the grid to support ±0.2mm tolerance, eliminating the need to test tolerance or adjust for compensation due to filament shrinkage;
