Description
Design Highlights
1. Perfectly sized to fit electric drill toolboxes (the model I matched is the Dayou 5209 impact drill; for other models, please measure dimensions first)
2. 38 standard bit slots for comprehensive storage, accommodating all sockets within 19mm, and ample space for common household screwdriver bits
3. The inner bottom part is removable, allowing for expanded usable space to store more items
4. The hinge structure has proven stable and flexible during testing, and the main clasp provides a reasonably secure fit
5. The connection piece features a split design. Due to the precise strength of the clasp, slight force is required during installation. If it breaks during installation, reprinting uses very little material
6. Only the lid section uses multi-color printing, placed on the first layer without needing repositioning. Waste material is just over 2g, demonstrating careful material planning where every saving is valuable
For assembly, a rubber mallet is recommended. No plastic part can withstand a rubber mallet's strike, and if it can, just give it another tap
Important note: Do not install the back hinge in the wrong direction; compare orientations carefully before installation
