🛠️ Tips for a Perfect Print (Top Quality):
To ensure maximum acoustic performance and an impeccable surface finish (like what you see in the renders!):
- Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm for smooth inner walls that do not obstruct airflow.
- Walls: At least 3 or 4 for maximum structural rigidity and resonance of the whistle body.
- Infill: 20% or higher (Gyroid recommended for uniform vibration).
- Material: PLA, PLA Tough or PETG.
