The kitchen needed some shelves. To address the high-humidity environment with many bottles and jars, this freely adjustable, stable, and durable modular stackable shelf was designed

Model Description
- Modular Combination: Divided into modules such as Board, SidePanel, Base, and Guardrail according to different combination uses, which can be combined as needed
- Distinctive Style: The design language blends cyberpunk, futurism, and industrial elements from science fiction
- Reasonable Design: By utilizing cutouts and reinforcements, it achieves increased strength, reduced stress concentration, and material saving in critical areas, while also not relying on slicer software configurations
- Flexible Accessories: All hardware accessories can be replaced with filament strands
- Minimal Supports: The model requires very few supports; only the SidePanel pin section uses tree supports, and the Base bottom gasket groove section has small support lines, with all supported areas optimized and tested for print quality
Accessory Reference
- 8*0.5mm round silicone pads (optional, just stick them in the groove at the bottom of the Base)
The following hardware accessories can all be replaced with filament strands
- M2*12mm countersunk screws
- φ1.8mm cylindrical pins
Installation Guide
- Vertical Direction: Insert the hexagonal post at the bottom of the SidePanel into the groove at the top of another SidePanel or Base until it's in place, then insert the cylindrical pin into the small hole on the side wall of the groove. If there is some resistance, you can gently tap it in with a small hammer or other hard object; if using filament strands, simply insert them the same way and cut off any excess
- Horizontal Direction: Insert the pins on both sides of the Board or Guardrail into the corresponding chamfered rectangular holes on the SidePanel, align with the center small hole, then use a screwdriver to screw the M2*12mm countersunk screw all the way in (in the model design, hardware accessories primarily provide rigid support at critical points, and the requirement for connectivity is not high. Filament strands were also considered, so there is tolerance, and it is not necessary or possible to overtighten them); if using filament strands, simply insert them and cut off any excess
Printing Recommendations
- It is strongly recommended to print with tough materials such as PETG / ABS / ASA
- It is recommended to perform filament sinkage rate calibration before printing (you can refer to my related model) to ensure your conditions are as consistent as mine as possible, maximizing the solution to potential tolerance issues
- Before printing, please be sure to clean the build plate to prevent warping, and if necessary, you can choose to spray printing adhesive
When printing the Base and Base Small models, please remember to remove the small support threads in the bottom groove (green part in the image below)
