I made this because I couldn't find a tag with the correct spacing I wanted.

For the one without the whole I just bought some velcro with stick backing.

There's also an option if you want to stitch it.

The model can be printed in .4 nozzle but it skips a few details, although in my opinion it's not an end of the world kind of thing. If it's sized larger it won't skip them.
