Description

30g+ Protein Scoop

My original Optimum Nutrition scoop was consistently weighing out around 26g of protein powder, regardless of which scales I used. I wanted something a little larger, so I designed my own scoop.

The scoop is strong, easy to print, and requires no special settings. It can be printed in PLA or PETG. For the cleanest support removal, I recommend using an interface layer (especially if you have a multi-material setup).

Capacity

Protein powder density varies between brands, so exact weights will differ:

  • Most whey proteins: approximately 31–32g per level scoop
  • Finer powders (such as BSc): approximately 35g per level scoop

As always, if accurate tracking is important, I recommend checking your own protein powder on a set of scales, as densities can vary significantly between brands and flavours.
