Description

Boost Me (for free)

Boosting encourages me to make more fun 3d print and share it with everyone! However, I encourage you to boost the original creator of this amazing design.

This is my third pin collection design using this amazing solution from Karen Chau Design

This time I've redesigned the badge with freeCad. The fillet is much better now, and an added bonus, I've included the ‘flower’ design that I've made for the gold team.

I've ordered the 25mm pin by Hocansen from Amazon.

My pins design can be found here, if you're interested.

If you find this useful, please boost the original creator. Of course, I'd really appreciate the boost too!

I've kept the original creator's 20mm STL part in the print profile, but please use the above link to download her profile, which include test prints.

As always, I'd love to see the colour variant if you decide to print one yourself.

ASSEMBLY

Karen did a great job with the tolerance, so all the pins that I've used have no issue fitting in, regardless if the pin is printed face up or down. I'm using the Bambu filament, so your shrinkage might vary.

Push the pin, close end first, from the larger slot into the longer narrow track, some pins maybe easier to push than others, then make sure the ‘latch’ end of your pin is caught by the larger slot end of the print.

Push Pin In

Slide it along the track

Keep pushing through, some pin may need a bit of force, some don't

When the whole in is pin, make sure the catch is secure
