Round Sink Cover Ø305 mm – 4 Segments

Round sink cover with 305 mm diameter, divided into four segments so that it can also be produced on 3D printers with a maximum print area of 256 × 256 mm.

The individual parts are aligned using integrated centering pins and then glued. This creates a stable cover that provides additional workspace and neatly closes the sink.

• Height: 8 mm
• 4 Segments
• Centering pins: Ø 5 mm
• Boreholes: Ø 5.3 mm
• Recommended adhesive: superglue or 2-component epoxy resin
   

Assembly:

1. Step:

   Arrange the four parts in front of you as shown in the picture.

   

2. Step:

   Apply some superglue into the corresponding holes and carefully insert the parts into each other. Start with the two opposite segments, as shown in the picture. This will facilitate later assembly. Hold the connected parts firmly together for about 30 seconds so that the adhesive can cure sufficiently.

   

3. Step: 

   Then apply some glue into the remaining six holes of the other two segments and join them together as well. Hold this connection firmly for about 30 seconds.

   

4. Step (optional): 

   For additional stability, some superglue can be applied to the middle area of the joints at the end. This step is not strictly necessary, but can increase the overall stability of the cover.
