Description
Upgrade your Ninebot Max G30 with this sleek, durable, and secure license plate holder! This model is specifically designed to mount directly onto the steering column without damaging your plate or requiring permanent glue.
The design is split into two main parts: the Holder and the Cover.
š ļø Features & How it Works
- The Holder: This part mounts directly to the Ninebot Max G30 using the two existing front screws located right under the headlight on the steering column. No extra scooter hardware needed!
- The Cover: Clamps securely onto the Holder using 4 screws. It holds your license plate firmly in place by pressure aloneāno glue required (though you can still use it if you prefer).
- Hidden Hardware: The nuts are completely embedded inside the Cover during the printing process for a clean, professional look.
š© Hardware Needed
- 4x M4x10mm Flat Head Countersunk Screws
- 4x M4 Nuts
ā ļø IMPORTANT PRINT NOTE (Pause for Nuts): To hide the hardware, you need to slice the Cover with a Pause at Height / Layer command just before the printer closes the cavities for the M4 nuts. Drop the nuts in, then resume printing!
š” Pro-Tips for Assembly & Protection
- Why a non-glued design? The mounting screws that attach the Holder to the scooter are located behind the license plate. If you glue the plate down, you won't be able to remove the holder without destroying the plate.
- Perfect Fit & Weatherproofing: I highly recommend cutting the plastic sheet your license plate came on very precisely. Slide it inside a clear protective card sleeve (like a Yu-Gi-Oh! card sleeve). This does two things:
- It protects your plate from rain and scratches.
- It adds just enough thickness to ensure a super snug, rattle-free fit when the Cover is screwed down.
