This model is a simplified version of the Portable Pocket Fan, with its volume compressed to the extreme, so its performance might not be as good as the original
Model features: This model is a purely 3D printed manual push-button fan, no glue or hardware parts required
Compact size fits easily into a pocket, minimal and negligible support needed, easy to print, strong airflow, helps you stay cool all summer
The model provides two types of fan blades, each with different characteristics, please print according to your preference
The model's fan blades have an open structure, which may cause personal injury due to accidental contact, material breakage, uncontrolled fan blade movement, etc. Please use this model at your own risk
All screws used in this model are 3D printed, and printing them on a single plate will severely affect the print quality of the screws, so they are divided into two plates. Please do not combine printing
It is recommended to print this model using PETG; PLA can also be used for printing, but its lifespan will be severely reduced. If it cannot be installed or run smoothly, the gear posts of the assembly gears need to be manually sanded
It is recommended to apply lubricant to the gears, especially in the holes where the gears connect to the pull rod. Insufficient lubrication may cause abnormal noises during use, but it will not affect the operation. All screws in this model are 3D printed, and a screwdriver is required
Do not apply too much force during installation to prevent screw breakage. Before installing the screws, please test them to see if they run smoothly. If they do not run smoothly, please check if the parts have defects, stringing, flaws, cooling lines, or seams, and re-print or manually sand them if necessary
