This is the Ergo Shoehorn Pro, a modern, sturdy, and highly functional shoehorn designed for maximum comfort and daily durability. It features an optimized curved blade to protect your shoes and an ergonomic, textured handle for a secure grip.
It is designed to be 100% printable with clean aesthetics, mimicking a premium textured product.

Ergonomic Grip: Textured knurling pattern on the handle prevents slipping.
Smooth Entry: Specially engineered curved scoop to easily slide your heel without damaging the counter of your shoes.
Integrated Loop: Features a functional top hole for easy hanging storage on walls, racks, or closets.
Print-in-Place / Single Piece: Ready to print without complex assembly.
🛠️ Print Settings
Orientation: Print on its side or slightly angled with brim for maximum layer strength along the handle.
Supports: Minimal organic/tree supports needed depending on your orientation.
Infill: 25% - 35% (Gyroid or Grid recommended for high structural strength).
Walls/Perimeters: 4 walls minimum (Crucial to prevent bending or snapping under heel pressure).
Material: PETG or Tough PLA for flexibility and durability.
Aesthetic tip: Use Marble, Speckled, or Matte filament to achieve the premium stone/composite look shown in the render.
