RING plate N°3
As observed in plate N°3, there is a ring, which is the cut from the top of the mug; it is used to check if the aluminum cup fits well.
If you find that your mug has a different size, the steps I recommend are:
- Scale the mug (I recommend by %) according to the result obtained after testing with only the RING.
- Make a cut at the top leaving a few mm.
- Print the RING and compare it again with the aluminum cup.
- Repeat steps 1 to 3 until the correct size is achieved.

🛠️ RECOMMENDED PRINTING PARAMETERS
To ensure a perfect fit with the 500cc cup, good thermal resistance, and an impeccable aesthetic finish, I suggest the following configuration in Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer:
- 🧵 Recommended Material: PLA Premium or PETG (PLA works excellent for this type of mug, offering a wide variety of vibrant sky-blue tones).
- 🧱 Walls / Perimeters: 2 lines.
- 🪵 Infill: 15% (Gyroid or Grid pattern to optimize print time and maintain good structural rigidity).
- 🛑 Supports: Not required. The design is optimized for clean printing directly from the bed.
