Assembly
Assembly is quick and easy!
- Print the cap body and both decals.
- Lightly heat the front round decal with a heat gun or hair dryer until it becomes slightly pliable.
- Gently press the decal against the front of the cap to match its curve, then allow it to cool.
- Apply a small amount of CA glue or super glue and attach the front decal.
- Glue the side decal into place.
Tip: Pre-forming the front decal before gluing helps it sit flush against the curved surface for the cleanest, most professional-looking finish.
