Kirby Silhouette – T-shirt Print

Bring Kirby directly to your wardrobe. This is an ultra-thin, flexible emblem specifically designed to be heat-transferred onto t-shirts, hoodies, or canvas bags using your 3D printer. This single-color profile provides a seamless finish that melts into the fabric fibers for an incredible custom look.

How to Make It:

1. Print: Use the pre-configured profile. The thickness is optimized at 0.30mm (2 layers) for maximum flexibility and a lightweight feel.
2. Placement: Place your t-shirt on a hard, flat surface. Position your printed Pikachu exactly where you want it.
3. Protection: Cover the entire design with parchment paper.
4. The Pre-Lock: Press firmly with a hot iron (NO STEAM, Cotton/Max setting) for 5 to 8 seconds just to fuse the plastic to the fabric.
5. The Pro-Trick: Turn the t-shirt inside out. Iron directly from the back of the fabric for 15-20 seconds while applying heavy pressure. This forces the melted plastic into the textile fibers for a permanent bond.
6. Cooling: Let it cool down completely before peeling off the parchment paper.

Care Instructions:

• Material: TPU is recommended for clothes you actually wear so it stretches with the fabric. PLA works but might crack over time with heavy stretching.
• Washing: Wash inside out at 30C max.
• Drying: Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.
