This has two **dual-color styles****no hardware required**. The 3rd generation optimized printed spring **axle**, and the 2nd generation **wheeled** **road clearing vehicle**!! Dual color, with many assembly parts, requires some force to install, suitable for players who enjoy assembly and multi-color models!! The single-color version is simplified and easy to install, with a slightly different appearance, 7 fewer assembly parts, suitable for players who enjoy painting!! (Small size length x width x height approx: 93.5 (83.3 when not extended) * 45.6 * 38.9mm)

Notes:

1. For the small size, some parts are tiny, especially for the dual-color small size, installation will be more difficult. It's not recommended to press directly by hand; use a hard object to push them in!!

2.First layer overflow will affect installation difficulty. If present, please sand or scrape it off yourself!!

3. For the 2nd generation **vehicle wheel**'s middle groove function, click the link for instructions!!https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/2652847-di-2dai-lun-wu-zhi-cheng-wu-xu-wu-jin-jian#profileId-3065450

The GIF below shows the **wheel** assembly diagram:

Tilt the **wheel** and place it on one side of the axle clip. Then, press with your thumb on the red circle, and apply force with your forefinger on the side of the wheel to push it in (using leverage). The installation method for the wheel on the other side is the same!!

The GIF below shows the single-color body assembly diagram:

1. The door clips are left and right specific for installation. Use a hard object to push them in; do not misalign, or the slot will break!!

2. For the single-color version, push the large arm in from back to front as shown in the animation for installation!!

The GIF below shows the dual-color body assembly diagram: Small parts require some force for installation!! Small parts require some force for installation!!

1. The door clips are left and right specific for installation. Use a hard object to push them in; do not misalign, or the slot will break!!

2. The headlights are left and right specific for installation!!

3. For the dual-color version, push the large arm in from top to bottom as shown in the animation for installation!!

4. The roof light and taillights are an interference fit. Use a hard object to push them in!!

Note: 1. Both PLA and PETG can be printed. It's best to understand the characteristics of these two materials before printing to avoid printing failures!! For example, PLA can become brittle if left for a long time or at low temperatures, while PETG has good toughness. Please choose the filament that suits you!!

        2. If it's for younger children, and the parts are small and easy to disassemble, it's better to glue them firmly with 502 or other adhesives to prevent them from being swallowed!!

        3. If there are no special requirements, please do not use your own advanced process settings for printing~ to avoid printing failures!!

If your printd part has local spaghetti, or the filament doesn't stick to the build plate, please recall if you touched that area (hands secrete sweat and oil, touching it has a very high chance of causing spaghetti)  or if the build plate is dirty. The solution is to search online for how to clean a 3D print plate!! If other problems occur, please describe it in the comments section and add pictures, so it's easier for us to solve it~  Otherwise, I can't imagine the situation = =!!
