A labor of love, each part was drawn individually, then assembled and tested, which was incredibly time-consuming. There are currently about 60 small and large parts, and I hope you like them
I. Model Overview
1. This model is inspired by the classic anime Saint Seiya, paying tribute once again to the childhoods of those born in the 80s, 90s, and 00s
2. The model truly took a long time to create, intermittently about 3 months in total, and assembly testing also took about 10 days
3. All parts have been tested with PETG printing, however, because everyone uses different machines, materials, and has different printing environments, it is inevitable that there may be errors or poor assembly in individual prints. Please provide feedback if you encounter any issues. I will adjust based on everyone's suggestions
4. The printing speed has been set very slow, so please print with default settings
5. Hyoga's Swan parts, some friends might not like the position of the swan in the homepage image, so I have separately created a crotch part without the swan attachment point. Please print as needed
II. Important Notes
1. Shun's chain was made into an articulated part for visual effect, but this affects printing stability. Be sure to wash the build plate thoroughly with dish soap before printing. Although I have tested it nearly 10 times (balancing the brim quantity, too many is hard to remove, too few is high risk), the special structure of the articulated chain still carries a risk of printing failure (about 20%). If your printing environment causes failure, in addition to cleaning the build plate, please further reduce the printing speed of the chain based on my settings
2. For Hyoga's parts (swan and legs), I recommend using transparent white filament, to better resemble “ice”.
3. Regarding placement, the way I've arranged them is what I found to be better after testing (primarily considering aesthetics and stability), but it may not be the optimal way. If experienced users have better suggestions during printing, please let me know
4. The head contains small parts, requiring some patience during assembly
5. All parts, except for the gun and chain, have trapezoidal and circular snap-fit joints. Please use glue for assembly
Oh, and the gun is inspired by the weapon of the Libra Gold Cloth.
The assembly instructions are in the attached document, please check it out.
