The case designed by the original author@makextreme is quite good. However, for many people, this tool is only used for "max speed" and "off." Also, I personally believe there is no need to use 12V DC/Type-C port spoofing and PWM speed control to power a small 5015 fan, so I simply modified the original author's design.

Case Assembly:

After printing the model, the case assembly is the same as the original version. Please refer to the original version for screws and other hardware.

Original author's instruction video:

The circuit part has been slightly modified. The 5015 12V fan has been replaced with a 2-wire 5V 0.28A specification of the same size, available on Taobao.
There is no need to purchase the original PWM board and DC jack.

Buy an MTS-102 to use as a switch

Also buy any Type-C female connector *1

Any Type-C female connector, with or without a PCB, is fine. It is recommended to purchase the version with a 5.1k identification resistor (pictured below):

Versions without an identification resistor cannot draw power from a charger with a Type-C output. Of course, it's not that important. Use whatever you have on hand.

Install the switch and Type-C port on the back cover and wire as shown:

After soldering the wires, apply adhesive to the Type-C port on the inside as appropriate.

The functions are the same as the original version, so no further introduction is needed. There are only two settings, on and off, and the maximum airflow is slightly less than that of the original 12V fan. Any charger is plug-and-play.
This is for fun; if you have higher airflow requirements, it is recommended to modify the design and use a larger fan, which is better than anything else.

Finally, thanks to the original author for the excellent design. There are virtually no better-looking designs in its category.
