Description
Exclusive to the 2009 Star Trek reboot film, the Constitution-class USS Enterprise NCC-1701 is a completely redesigned starship from the Kelvin Timeline. Due to the Romulan Nero's time travel creating an independent parallel universe, Starfleet preemptively constructed a new generation of Constitution-class ships, featuring comprehensive upgrades in size, power, and weaponry. Captained by a young James T. Kirk, it appeared in the 'Star Trek (2009)', 'Star Trek Into Darkness', and 'Star Trek Beyond' trilogy, and was ultimately destroyed in 2263.
Its iconic configuration, featuring a classic saucer-shaped primary hull and twin engine nacelles, balances retro-sci-fi aesthetics with a space exploration setting.
This model is designed with separate parts for easy one-click printing, requiring almost no supports. The model's connection points require a small amount of glue and are designed with alignment pins; if the pins are too long, they can be trimmed.
Silk silver is recommended for printing, but gray, metallic silver, or silk gold are also good choices!
