Here's a flexible and stackable storage solution for the increasing number of Bambu Lab cardboard spools

It meets the following design goals

1 No glue needed but the storage base needs to be strong enough (it might be the strongest on the whole network, tested with a full load of screws, the bottom won't drop out)

2 Can be flexibly stacked and placed as needed

3 Each storage box features replaceable labels The current supported label size is 22*12mm and labels can be 3D printed

4 Can support 3 pieces fixed in a row for neat desktop arrangement

5 The inside of the storage box can be divided into areas supporting up to 6 divisions

Note: It is said that there are cardboard spools of different thicknesses, please print a single test file first

First, use a utility knife to cut off the small connection on the left side of the diagram no need to clean it thoroughly, just cut it off

Do not insert the base blindly

Look from above and press it in at a certain angle until it slowly snaps into place

A clicking sound will be heard

Note that this design is for sufficient sturdiness, it's essentially a one-time snap-in, and dismantling it will damage the cardboard box

Label printer prints 22*12mm labels supports insertion

or directly print labels from the print profile

Storage supports up to 6 divisions print as needed

just insert into the corresponding slot

Optional base for 3 in a row

Note that there are corresponding slots to control direction just insert accurately according to the slots

Desktop arrangement suggests 3x3 because there are no strong connections between layers for flexibility if it's too high and gets knocked over, it will be troublesome
