Dorian Tipsytune is a bard who believes every song sounds better after the third mug. Loud, emotional, and dangerously confident, he stumbles through Pighorn Tavern with a lute in hand, a half-forgotten melody on his lips, and a story that changes every time he tells it.

He may look like a harmless drunken performer, but Dorian has heard songs from distant roads, noble halls, prison cells, and battlefield camps. Between jokes, bad rhymes, and dramatic mistakes, he sometimes reveals rumors that are far more useful than he realizes.

Use Dorian as comic relief, a chaotic tavern NPC, a source of accidental information, a musical distraction, or a surprisingly loyal ally who might help the party — once he remembers which side he is on.
