Print Profile(1)

Bill of Materials
- #8-3/4" Wood Screw x 3: The length can vary, but for most cabinet doors this allows good holding power without over penetration.
Description
Description
This cabinet hinge repair bracket is designed to restore a damaged cabinet door where the original hinge socket has blown out. It covers the failed hinge area and secures the hinge back to the door, providing a strong reinforcement point for normal use. This model is made with clearance to be used with half to full overlay hinges.
It is sized to fit a maximum hinge body size of 28mm x 18mm. It attaches to the door using three #8 ¾" wood screws for a secure hold. I've used these for months and they hold up to daily use.
Printing Instructions
The default model is setup with a high number of walls for strength and rigidity during screwing. For best results, print in PETG or a similar strong and slightly flexible filament, as this part will be under load.
Supports are designed to easily pull off with the use of pliers or another gripping tool.
