Description
Spider-Man Faceshell inspired by "Brand New Day", featuring interchangeable magnetic eyes and two different expressions to bring your cosplay to life. Stop wasting time and print this masterpiece!

You will find three print profiles I created to make things as easy as possible for you:
1. The Faceshell (Two parts)
This profile contains the two halves of the faceshell. The structure has been sized to fit Budwin's head number three (which you can find here). I sincerely thank him for sharing his measurements and making everyone's life much easier.
The surface is fully perforated, making it extremely breathable and comfortable to wear.
Required Hardware: four 8x2 mm magnets to glue into the faceshell. These are needed to firmly attach the eyes externally over the fabric.
The fabric mask: You can buy the fabric mask to wear over the faceshell wherever you prefer. A great custom-made option can be found on Herostime.
Warning: Make sure to take your tailoring measurements only while wearing the faceshell. This step is crucial, otherwise the fabric mask you order will be too tight!
The two parts must be joined together after printing. You can join them from the inside using glue, a 3D pen, or a soldering iron to weld the joints
2. "Brand New Day" Eyes (Narrow expression)
The second profile contains the eyes inspired by Brand New Day, modeled in their narrower, iconic shape. Use two 8x2 mm magnets for each eye.
3. Surprised Eyes (Wide expression)
In this profile, you'll find the Spider-Man lenses modeled to perfectly fit his surprised expression, with the eyes opened a bit wider!
One design, endless combinations
You can also use the eyes in a combined layout: mount one narrow eye and one wide eye to give Spidey a confused look and have fun creating the perfect poses!
This project is specifically designed to give a double expression to the Spider-Man faceshell and updated to the new character design. To make assembly easier, I optimized the holes so you only need one type of magnet for the entire project. If you want to print both expressions so you can swap them, you will need a total of 12x 8x2 mm magnets.
And it is optimized, just like all my projects, to be easily printed on all printers, including the Bambu Lab A1 Mini. Happy printing!
