Pressure-resistant and wear-resistant 608ZZ bearing
Print Profile(2)

Description
The recent popular fidget toy. I didn't have 608zz bearings, and buying them with free shipping would take too long (three days), so I wanted something ready to use. Therefore, I designed a bearing.

Problems I encountered during modeling: For the first bearing, I initially wanted to use a roller bearing, but the gap was too large, causing vertical looseness and poor pressure resistance, which was not ideal.

So I created another model. After printing, you need to apply a little sound-dampening lubricant to make it smoother. It achieves small tolerances and slight vertical movement while being pressure-resistant and wear-resistant.

This type of bearing is both pressure-resistant and wear-resistant, but when the printer prints three arcs, there will be gaps in the Z-axis direction, and it might be a bit stiff. Apply some silent lubricant and break it in a few times, and it will become smooth.

Assembly is simple, just press it in.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please let me know, and I will continue to modify the model.
