Unimog U5023 Metal Gearbox V2
While printing the U5023 RC car model, I found that the gearbox gears of this RC car are easily damaged, and the gears are non-standard parts
To ensure strength and ease of maintenance, this metal gear gearbox was designed based on existing standard gears
This gearbox has the following advantages:
1. All gears and accessories are standard mechanical parts, low cost, and easy to purchase
2. The screws use thin-head hexagon socket flat-tail self-tapping M2.3 screws, which have strong gripping power
3. Standard center distance, smooth operation
4. Adapted mounting hole distance, lossless replacement
5. 5mm output shaft facilitates subsequent upgrade to metal universal drive shaft
Note: This gearbox is designed to accommodate standard gears, and its internal dimensions have been adjusted. Please print this gearbox casing
