Description
šļø MagnaKart: The Under-Table Magnetic Racer!
Bring the arcade home with MagnaKart - an interactive racing game where the action happens on top, but the control happens underneath!
Using magnetic wands beneath the track, youāll drift, sprint, and maneuver your kart through a customizable tabletop circuit. Itās a high-speed, tactile mechanical game that requires zero batteries, zero motors, and 100% skill. Perfect as a desktop challenge, a party game, or a fun project to build and play with kids.

- The Launch Jump: Build up enough speed from underneath or risk getting stuck!
- The Swing Flapper: A dynamic, free-swinging print-in-place gate. Time your pass perfectly to sneak through, or get slapped off course.
(More obstacles in development including a lap counter, washboard, wavy tracks and a curved corner!)

- Additional vehicle designs including a school bus, a motorcycle and more!
- New tracks including advanced S curves and straights
- Wider track support. I'm working on designing expansions to make the track larger

- Different wand magnet offsets for more custom control
š Print & Assembly Guidelines
- Supports: Minimal/None (optimized for smart printing orientation).
- Infill: 15% Gyroid recommended for track sections to ensure a perfectly flat, rigid racing surface.
- Hardware Required (BOM):
- Magnets: Requires Neodymium magnets (6x3mm) x 32
- No other hardware required!
- Pause! Note the pause included in the print profile for the control wands. Insert your magnet (with glue if using hardened nozzles) and continue to have a completely enclosed magnet!
- Watch the Polarity: Double-check your magnet orientation before press-fitting or gluing! You want the wand to strongly attract the kart, not repel it.
