Description
I use a lot of Mochuang filament, and I wasn't very fond of what I found online, so I designed one myself. It's specifically for Mochuang spools or spools with a 54mm core diameter. Many other brands have larger core holes than Mochuang's, so you might need to scale it up a bit; you'll have to figure that out yourself
!!! It's best to first put a non-woven fabric bag over it, then add molecular sieves, or just put small desiccant packets inside!!!
Make sure to choose smaller lime desiccant packets and leave enough space, as lime expands a lot when absorbing moisture
Molecular sieves and silica gel tend to shed powder or break easily. Inside the AMS, the spool is constantly rotating, and friction will exacerbate powder shedding
Once the screw cap is closed, it stays in place inside the core purely by friction. Holes have also been made on the sides of the box to increase the moisture absorption contact area
