RALENO PLV-S116 Honeycomb Grid
Fast and lightweight print profile for the RALENO PLV-S116 Honeycomb Grid V1 Light.
This version is optimized for short print time, low material consumption, and easy assembly. The grid was specially designed for the RALENO PLV-S116 LED light and is only attached from below, as the PLV-S116 can only be effectively mounted from below due to its design.
The central tripod cutout allows it to be attached even when the light is already mounted on a tripod, ball head, or quick release plate.
For final use, PETG or ASA is recommended.
PLA works well as a prototype, but is less ideal for prolonged heat exposure.

Print settings:
0.4 mm nozzle
0.24 – 0.28 mm layer height
2 walls
0 – 10% infill
no supports
Honeycomb side down on print bed
The model is provided as is.
I cannot offer individual support, troubleshooting, or special adaptations for different printers, slicer settings, materials, or dimensional tolerances of the RALENO PLV-S116.
