PTFE Tube Connector - PC4-M6 Threaded (A1 mini)
Print Profile(1)

Description
A remix of galiel's A1 mini PTFE tube connector. The original grips the push-in connector with a press-fit split collet; I replaced the top collet with a modeled M6x1.0 threaded port that takes a brass PC4-M6 push-fit fitting.
Hardware: 1x brass PC4-M6 pneumatic push-fit fitting (M6x1.0, for 4mm OD PTFE).
Print settings: PETG, 0.12mm layer height (the thread is a vertical helix, so fine layers matter), 4 walls, 25% gyroid infill, no supports. Orient bell-mouth flat on the plate, threaded boss up. Thread the brass fitting in by hand, gently - the metal burnishes the printed threads on the first turn and seats snug and straight.
Co-designed with Claude in Cowork mode (Anthropic) using the open-source parametric-3d-printing skill: https://github.com/flowful-ai/cad-skill - the original mesh was trimmed and the threaded port generated and boolean-merged parametrically in Python.
