What is up, Bladers! For anyone obsessed with LeftBurst’s chaotic, mad-scientist engineering videos, it is obvious that the modern attack meta is completely out of hand. Attack types are dominating tournaments, moving at hyperspeed, and blasting everything out of the stadium. To counter this, a community favorite has been put to the test: LeftBurst’s Tank Beyblade.
Using his original 3MF file with only the slightest adjustments to printing tolerances, this beast was printed to see how it holds up. You can see the heavy outer defensive layer fresh off the print bed in the photo, completely dialed in for battle!
The Blueprint Breakdown
This slightly adapted layer is engineered to be a moving fortress in the stadium, showcasing heavy wall thickness and pure deflective power:
- The Tank Armor Geometry: The design features massive, thick ridges on the outer ring. Instead of trying to "passively" take a hit, these angled slopes are designed to violently smash back against incoming attack types, using their own recoil energy against them.
- Optimized 3MF Tolerances: Minor tweaks were made directly to the 3MF file gaps to account for printer shrinkage. As a result, the core pocket and ratchet connections clip together tightly with zero rattle, preventing accidental bursts under heavy impact.
- High-Mass Defense: This isn't some lightweight plastic gimmick. The sheer volume of material adds massive centripetal weight, giving the Beyblade a low center of gravity so it acts like a solid block of concrete in the pocket.
How it Plays in the Stadium

When launched into the stadium, the tank immediately claims the center pocket and refuses to budge. When a high-tier attack type comes flying down the line to deliver a nuclear hit, this build doesn't just survive the impact—it completely parries it. Thanks to the balanced weight distribution and the dialed-in 3MF tolerances, it stays perfectly upright while the attacker bounces off the heavy armor and flies straight into the pocket walls.
