Here are replacement wheels for the Tefal X-Force Flex 8.60 Aqua TY9691 vacuum cleaner
The wheel offers a better fit than the original, it doesn't wobble sideways and sits very firmly in place. Improving upon the original!!
For printing the core, I recommend PET-G, or preferably ABS/ASA for better durability. For the outer part, I recommend printing with TPU 95A or a softer material.
When printing with TPU, I recommend doing it slowly and carefully managing retraction to avoid excessive imperfections and stringing, as these will be noticeable during vacuum cleaner use.
In my case, the entire assembly works very well. Please let me know if it also fits and functions correctly in your vacuum cleaners :)
