Modular Hinge-Lid Box Collection (50mm – 150mm / 2" – 6")
Welcome to this fully modular, hinge lid box series! Designed with maximum space efficiency in mind, these containers are ideal for organizing everything from small screws to larger tabletop gaming accessories. The collection includes sizes ranging from 50mm to 150mm (~2" to 6") in 25mm (~1") increments, allowing you to find the perfect size for your needs.
📐 Modular Sizing The dimensions of these boxes are mathematically optimized to stack and tile perfectly together. Because they increase in consistent increments, you can easily mix and match different sizes while keeping your storage perfectly aligned:
- Width: Two 50mm (2") boxes sit perfectly flush next to a single 100mm (4") box.
- Height: You can stack smaller boxes vertically next to a larger one, and they will match up to the exact same total height.

💡 Why This Design?
- Secure Push-to-Open Latch: The box features a reliable latch mechanism that keeps the lid securely closed. When you want to open the box, simply press the latch to release it!
- Fully Customizable Colors: The hinges and latches are printed separately. This means you can mix and match colors easily to create awesome multi-color combinations without a multi-material printer (like Bambu AMS).
- Modular and repairable: If a part fails, simply print a replacement and snap it in—no need to reprint the entire box.
- Space Efficient: The clean, exact shape ensures that no space is wasted when placing multiple boxes next to each other.
🛠️ Smart Engineering Features
- Built-in Support Tower: The hinges have an integrated support tower designed into the model to stabilize them during printing. It prevents wobbling and is incredibly easy to remove after printing.
- Snap-Fit Assembly: The hinges and latches are designed to easily snap directly into place.
Every width has its own hinge, but the latch is the same for all.
