Tired of searching for the exact millimeter adapter to connect your shop-vac to a power tool, a portable AC unit to a window kit, or custom pool hoses? This fully parametric model allows you to generate the exact adapter or coupler you need right inside your browser!

No need to open CAD software. Just click "Customize", type in your dimensions, and download your bespoke print-ready file.

Key Features:

Two Input Modes: Choose to input your dimensions by Wall Thickness or explicitly dictate the Inner Diameters of both sides.
Support-Free End Stops: Add an optional internal or external rib (end-stop) to prevent hoses from sliding too far. The rib transitions at a perfect 45-degree angle, requiring zero support material.
Easy-Fit Lead-ins: Includes fully adjustable internal and external entry chamfers, making it seamless to slide hoses on or press them inside the adapter.
Variable or Straight Designs: Works perfectly as a simple straight coupler (same diameter on both sides) or as a step-down/step-up adapter.

How to Use:

Click the Customize button on MakerWorld. Otherwise download the SCAD file and go to this link and use open SCAD file https://makerworld.com/en/makerlab/parametricModelMaker
Choose your Input Mode (Wall Thickness vs. Inner Diameters).
Measure your hoses/pipes with a caliper and input your required diameters and lengths for Side A and Side B.
Adjust your Rib Type and Entry Chamfers for an easier fit.
Generate and download your custom STL/3MF!
Upload your custom print profile to help others.
