air conditioner, VMC, or other exhaust reducer

Description
I made this reducer tube to be able to put my portable air conditioner in my office. I have a VMC outlet in my office designed for it, but my AC's exhaust hose was too big. So I made one.
The VMC side diameter is 124.3 mm external with a 1cm offset to fit it well.
the AC hose side diameter is 151 mm internal!
I added notches inside the AC hose side so that the hose holds well and doesn't come out!
To do this, simply screw it clockwise.
