Description
Wheel for corrugated cardboard machine.
This piece is used to transport or supply cardboard sheets to the next step of the line production o in the same machine.
The original piece (orange wheel) was destroyed and we design with a photo to get the correct geometry, the new wheel (white wheel) assembled correctly, we had the central metal part with the bearing to take measures.
The central metal part with the bearings enters folding the wheels but the metal part doesn't move or rotate.
We share the STEP file to adjust the measure for your machine.
This desing has:
External diameter: 126.96mm
Internal diameter: 53.3mm
Height: 39mm
The material of the original wheel is Polyurethane and we printed it with TPU 85A to get the same shore hardness also the next 3D printing parameters:
Layer height: 0.25mm
Infill: 10%
Perimeters: 2 with 0.4mm nozzle
