Tested Print Settings (Recommendations): The clean lines of the central facial ridges, the deep ornamental side carvings, and the smooth snout transitions were successfully verified using matte black PLA (shown with a custom antique bronze rub finish), as featured in the file Gemini_Generated_Image_xin07dxin07dxin0.png.

• Infill: Set at 5% for a stationary shelf or mannequin display setup. Slicing Pro-Tip for Wearability: If you plan to run ribbons or elastic bands through the side attachment slots for active wear, we highly advise boosting the infill rate to 15% and running 4 wall loops (perimeters) to heavily reinforce the frame edges against strap tension.
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Supports: Well-placed tree supports are highly required beneath the overhanging snout profile, under the lower jaw lip, and along the inner rims of the hollow eye contours for a clean surface finish.

Sizing Information: The model is scaled to standard adult human facial dimensions. Please feel free to freely resize the model inside your slicing software to achieve a custom-tailored fit for your specific face shape or to downscale it into a sophisticated curiosity cabinet display relic.

A common question is: why do these prints require supports when they could be printed lying flat?

For my designs, I deliberately choose to print them standing upright rather than flat, in order to achieve the best possible level of detail. I prioritize visual quality over saving a few grams of filament.

Of course, you are free to change the print orientation in your slicer if you prefer.
