Schedule 40 PVC pipe coupler with a female slip end and a female NPT threaded end. This PVC coupler adapts standard slip-fit PVC pipe to threaded fittings, hoses, or valves — no glue required on the threaded side.

 

This parametric PVC coupler bridges two of the most common pipe connection types in one printed part: a smooth slip socket sized to standard Schedule 40 PVC pipe, and a true NPT (National Pipe Thread) female thread on the opposite end, cut to ASME B1.20.1 tapered thread specifications for a proper mechanical seal with threaded male fittings.

 

Available across a full range of inside diameters from 0.5" to 4", covering the sizes most makers actually need for irrigation, plumbing repair, workshop dust collection, aquarium/pond systems, and DIY pipe-frame projects. Each size is generated from validated, print-tested geometry — not scaled from a single model — so wall thickness and thread engagement stay correct at every diameter.
