My model has an optimized print profile for printing without supports, and also includes labels indicating the corresponding connector for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W
Like the original model, you will need the following materials:
- Metal inserts ( M2*4*3.5 ) x 8:
- Screws x 8:
- Soldering iron x 1: 240º celsius
Attached are photos of the necessary PETG settings in BambuStudio for optimal support-free printing
Enable thick bridges:
Bridge speed: 20 mm/s
Disable Supports
In the filament settings, under cooling, set the fan speed to 20% for overhangs
