Description

# Majestic Rootwoven Lion – Root Art Sculpture

This striking art piece seamlessly blends the raw power of a roaring lion with the natural, organic flow of root-style art. Designed to look as if it were carved from a complex web of intertwined tree roots and dead branches, this sculpture embodies natural symbiosis.

The lion's face remains detailed and fierce, transitioning into a hollow torso and limbs formed entirely from tangled, root-like veins.

## 🎨 Design Features

* **Root Art Style:** Mimics traditional root carving, creating an organic, hollow frame that merges nature with the form of a beast.
* **Realistic Face & Hollow Body:** A highly detailed roaring face contrasts with the fluid, branch-like patterns of the body.
* **Aesthetic Appeal:** Ideal for earthy, natural, or wood-style filaments (like terracotta, bronze, wood-infused, or matte PLA).

## 🖨️ Printing & Support Recommendations

This model features complex overhangs and intricate, floating branches that require careful support setup to print successfully.

* **Supports:** **Required.**
 * It is highly recommended to use **Tree Supports (Auto)**.
 * Pay extra attention to the lion's mouth, jaw, and lower chin area, as well as the initial loops of the mane.
 * Be gentle when removing supports around the face and delicate root bridges to avoid breaking the smaller details.
* **Layer Height:** 0.16mm or 0.20mm (lower layer heights help resolve the intricate root crossings).
* **Wall Loops:** 3 loops (highly recommended to give the thin root structures extra strength).
* **Infill:** 10%–15% (only needed for the solid areas of the face/paws).
* **Bed Adhesion:** A brim is strongly advised, as the contact area under the paws is quite small.
