This is a high-quality and extremely functional desk stand, specially designed for the popular JisuLife Handheld Fan (Pro 1S) series. Anyone who uses this powerful turbo fan at their desk for extended periods knows it becomes heavy in hand. This print transforms your handheld fan into the perfect, stable cooling system for your workspace!
Key Benefits
- Two-Axis Adjustment: Thanks to the double articulated arm, you can perfectly adjust both the height and the blowing angle to your needs and seating position.
- Unobstructed Controls: The holder is deliberately designed with an open front. This ensures that the scroll wheel and button of the fan remain fully visible and operable at all times.
- Slot for Wrist Strap: There is a generous recess at the bottom rear, allowing the original wrist strap to hang down cleanly without obstructing stability.
- Clever Recesses for Anti-Slip Pads (Optional): Precisely fitting indentations are provided on the underside of the base plate. By default, these recesses are filled with a support structure in the model. If you simply leave the filling in, the base plate remains completely smooth, and you can use the stand normally without pads. If you want to glue in anti-slip pads, simply remove the support structure beforehand.
Required Construction Material
For assembling the joints and knobs, standard metric components, available at any hardware store, are required:
- 2x M6 Hex head screws (DIN 933 / ISO 4017)
- Thread diameter: M6 (6 mm)
- Head type: External hexagon (Wrench size: 10 mm)
- Length: Minimum 5 mm to maximum 15 mm thread length.
- 2x M6 Hex nuts (DIN 934 / ISO 4032)
- 4x Anti-slip pads / Rubber feet (Optional): Round pads with 15 mm diameter and 4 mm thickness fit perfectly into the exposed recesses.
Assembly Tips:
The star knobs and joints have integrated hex pockets that prevent the screw heads and nuts from rotating. For optimal grip and a durable connection, you should apply a small drop of super glue into the pockets before firmly pressing in the metal parts!
If you want to use rubber feet, first snap out or remove the printed support structure from the four round recesses at the bottom of the base plate before gluing in the pads.
Recommended Print Settings
- Material: PLA, PLA+ or PETG
- Infill: 15% (Gyroid or Honeycomb recommended)
- Walls / perimeter: 2 lines (Standard – absolutely sufficient and very stable)
- Support: Tree Supports are recommended for the arm joints and the overhangs of the cup holder.
