📦 What You Need (BOM)

• Filament: PETG (recommended for UV/outdoor durability) or PLA.
• Mesh Netting: Choose coarse or fine mesh depending on your local bugs.
• Adhesive: Super glue (optional, to secure loose joints).

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

• Layer Height: 0.2mm for clean tolerances, though 0.24mm also works completely fine.
• Infill: 15%.
• Wall Loops: 3 walls to ensure the frame and joints are strong.

🧩 Assembly Instructions

1. Print Your Panels: Measure your window width. Print enough main segments plus the two specialized end tracks (There are 110cm and 220 standard parts, but the end track generate by the ‘cut’ tool).

    

2. Choose Your Mesh: Select a coarse or fine netting based on your needs.

   

    

3. Connect the Modules: Slide the interlocking 'I' joints and 'L' joints together for the frame. Use the 'T' joints to secure the mesh. Add a few drops of super glue if your printer's tolerances make the fit too loose.

   

    

4. Place in Window: Open your window, slide the assembly into the side frame channels, and close the window down onto the top flange to secure it in place. (You can adjust the size of the net by cutting the mesh using scissors)
