Buzz Lightyear Porta Pop-Corn NO AMS

Buzz Lightyear themed popcorn bucket, designed for multicolor printing WITHOUT the need for AMS/multi-material unit.

This model reproduces Buzz Lightyear as a popcorn bucket, perfect as a collector's item, themed decoration, or container for your next Toy Story movie night.

🎨 Multicolor Printing Without AMS

The project has been specifically divided into 78 separate parts, organized on 13 print plates, allowing you to manually change filament between plates. This means you can achieve an accurate and detailed multicolor result even without an AMS system, simply by changing the filament spool before starting each plate.

Each plate is organized by color, to minimize filament changes and make the printing workflow as simple as possible.

Colors used (Bambu Lab filaments):
Gray, Red, Yellow, Green, Purple, Light Blue, Black, White

🔧 Simple and Guided Assembly

Assembly has been designed to be as intuitive as possible: each piece has mandatory interlocking joints (pin and hole), designed with a 0.2mm tolerance, which allow parts to be joined in only one correct orientation, preventing positioning errors.

For the wings too, the joints have different sizes: this means that the pieces cannot be inverted by mistake, making assembly even simpler and more guided even for those without experience in multi-part model assembly.

⚠️ Glue is necessary: the interlocking parts primarily serve to guide and correctly align the pieces with each other, but alone they do not guarantee the structural integrity of the model. It is recommended to use glue (e.g. cyanoacrylate or hot glue) on each joint for a solid and durable assembly.

Note on the central emblem: the emblem located in the center of the light blue part of the bucket should be printed flat (not curved) and then glued directly onto the light blue surface after printing.
