This quick-print Tube Fit Test Card helps you check the real fit of your tube before printing caps, sleeves, hose connectors or custom fittings.

Choose one tube diameter, print the card, insert your real tube, and find the best clearance before printing the final part.

Included Test Fits

TIGHT
For a close fit with minimal clearance.

NORMAL
For a standard practical fit, usually the safest starting point.

LOOSE
For easier insertion, softer tubes or prints that tend to come out slightly tight.

User Parameters

Tube Diameter
Select the outside diameter of the tube you want to test.

Available range: 4 mm to 50 mm in 0.5 mm steps.

Default Fit Offsets

TIGHT
Tube diameter + 0.10 mm

NORMAL
Tube diameter + 0.30 mm

LOOSE
Tube diameter + 0.50 mm

Recommended Materials

PLA — quick fit checks and dry/light use
PETG — general workshop use
TPU — flexible tube testing and soft contact
ASA / ABS — better heat and outdoor resistance
