Description

These 3D printable parts are designed for a DIY wireless ESP32 race scale system based on the open-source project by Travis Cea.

Instead of using three load cells per corner, this design supports four load cells per corner, while using three measuring platforms instead of four. This creates a naturally stable setup that always sits firmly on the ground, even on uneven workshop floors.

All structural parts have been redesigned from scratch to simplify assembly, improve stability, and provide a clean and professional appearance.

Electronics and firmware are compatible with the original DIY ESP32 Race Scales project. This upload contains only the custom 3D printable components.

The electronics, firmware, and project documentation are based on the excellent open-source work by Travis Cea. Please refer to the original project for wiring, calibration, and software setup.

I did my own spin on the software as well, which you can find here. In addition to Travis awesome work it supports more options, more langueages, car designs, CG indication, color options etc. CAL Wizard.
