T-34 Benchy

Ladies and gentlemen, I present the T-34 Benchy: a model designed for the T-34 Evolution Remix! contest

Model remixed based on T-34 Tank Magnetic Modular Platform 1/35 Scale t34 - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld. 

This model is not a “fantasy” tank, but a direct remix between the Soviet T-34 and the famous Benchy, the most famous test model in 3D printing. The tall turret replicates the volume of the Benchy’s cabin, the central part has the typical square geometry of the small boat test, and the entire body seems built starting from Benchy’s proportions and then transformed into a tank. The T-34 comes into play especially in the cannon, the shape of the turret, and some armor details, but it is clear that this is not a replica: it is a deliberately stylized mashup, where Benchy provides the silhouette and the T-34 adds the military visual identity. The result is a model that is not meant to be historical, but a fun, recognizable object perfect for those who love to remix 3D printing icons with famous vehicles, perfect for display and diorama.

Assembly instructions: after printing the tracks (plate 1), the hull (plate 2), the turret (plate 3) and the missile launcher (plate 4) all that remains is to assemble:

• Step 1: attach the tracks to the hull using the dedicated joints
• Step 2: mount the turret on the hull roof using the dedicated joint
• Step 3: mount the missiles in the rear part of the hull using the dedicated joint

No step requires glue!!

Recommended print colors: for the tracks, gray is recommended, for the hull and turret, military green/olive is recommended, and for the missile launcher, gray/black is recommended.
