✏️ For Pens, Glass Straws & Party Glasses
Create your own personalized name topper.
This parametric model can be individually customized:
Name, font, font size, hole diameter, model depth, letter height, and relief effect can be changed.
The hole runs horizontally through the name. This allows the topper to be slid onto pens, glass straws, or similar round objects.
✨ The special feature:
One end of the hole can be closed in the Customizer. This means the name topper can also be used as a simple straw protector, for example, to protect against dust, insects, or small particles when the straw is not in use.

Good starting values:
🟣 Font size: 12 mm
🔵 Model depth: 10 mm
🟢 Hole diameter: 8.8 mm for many glass straws
🟡 Edge reinforcement: 0.20 to 0.30 mm
🟠 Relief strength: 1.0 to 1.8 mm
🔴 Layer height: 0.16 mm or 0.20 mm
⚪ Wall lines: 3
⚫ Infill: 15 to 25 %

🔠 Recommended Fonts
Strong, round, or comic-like fonts work best.
Very thin handwriting fonts can become unstable after the hole is cut out.

⭕ Recommendation for Hole Diameter
Please measure the object onto which the name is to be slid before printing.
For glass straws, I recommend approximately 0.6 to 1.0 mm play to the measured outer diameter.
Examples:
🥤 8.0 mm glass straw
→ 8.8 to 9.0 mm hole diameter
✏️ 10.0 mm straw or pen
→ 10.8 to 11.0 mm hole diameter
📌 If the fit is important, print a small test piece first.
⚠️ Safety Notice
Not a toy for small children.
Small parts can be swallowed.
For glass straws, do not force the topper on.
A hole that is too tight can damage or break the glass.
